Big Changes & Exciting Things Ahead at Calm Breath Yoga

We’re in a season of exciting change at Calm Breath Yoga, and we want to keep you in the loop as we grow and shift. While a few of our in-person offerings are on pause, there’s so much to look forward to!

What’s Changing (For Now):

  • We’re no longer in our Cranberry Township space, but don’t worry — I’m actively searching for a new location nearby to host monthly sound bowl meditations. Stay tuned!

  • In-person Reiki sessions will take a little break but will return in Fall 2026.

  • Yoga classes will be offered online only for now, so you can keep your practice flowing wherever you are.

What’s Still Happening:

  • You can still schedule guided meditations and past life regressions online anytime.

  • And exciting news — I’m heading back to school for a year to become a licensed massage therapist! You’ll see this new service added to our offerings in 2026.

​This pause is all about creating space for new, soul-nourishing services to better serve our community.
