Hello and welcome! My name is Alana, and I am a light being having a human experience. I am here to nourish your mind, body, and soul with movement and energy in a safe community as we move towards wholeness and wellness.
I offer personalized healing sessions combining therapeutic massage, Reiki, and sound healing. Through Myofascial Release, Swedish massage, Craniosacral Therapy, intuitive Reiki, and crystal sound bowls, I support relaxation, stress relief, tension release, and overall well-being.

My Story
In early 2023, my step-dad passed away unexpectedly. He was in the hospital with close family around when he passed. While I wasn’t Reiki attuned at the time, I gathered loving energy from Spirit and sent it to him as he went through the journey of death. I was not prepared for any of this. What do I say to my mom? Where do I get those words? As I hugged my mom, I felt this energy come into me and the words just came out of my mouth. I can’t even tell you what I said to her. But I’ve never felt closer to Spirit than I did at that moment. After meditating on this for a while, I decided to get Reiki attuned with the intention of helping people in hospice as they go through their journey to the afterlife. After I get settled with my new life as a massage therapist, my next step is to become an end of life doula.
