This group meditation will guide you on a journey of inner peace, helping to release stress, clear energetic blockages, and awaken a profound sense of well-being. Whether you’re new to sound healing or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers a welcoming and calming space for everyone. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and aligned.
Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and anything else to keep yourself comfortable. We will be laying on a carpeted floor.
There will be a few chairs to sit on as well.
