I acknowledge that Reiki is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment. I understand that the Reiki practitioner does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical or psychological professional.
I understand that the Reiki practitioner will maintain confidentiality regarding the information shared during the session, unless required by law to disclose such information.
I acknowledge that the Reiki practitioner cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from the Reiki sessions, as individual experiences may vary.
I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the Reiki practitioner of any medical or psychological conditions that may affect my participation in the Reiki sessions.
I release the Reiki practitioner from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from my participation in the Reiki sessions.
