Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Calm Breath Wellness for your Reiki session. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy wellness practice designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, mindfulness, and overall well-being. **Before Your Session** New clients may be asked to complete an intake form and Reiki consent form before their first session. Please share any relevant health concerns, injuries, medications, pregnancy, or other information that may help create a safe and supportive experience. **What to Expect** Each Reiki experience is unique. During a session, you may relax comfortably while Reiki is provided through light touch or hands held just above the body, based on your comfort level and consent. Some clients experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of calm. Others may simply enjoy a peaceful period of rest. There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki. **Consent & Comfort** Your comfort and boundaries are always respected. Consent will be obtained before beginning the session, and you may request adjustments or end the session at any time. Please communicate any questions, concerns, or preferences before or during your appointment. **Scheduling & Cancellations** Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself time to settle in. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. **Wellness Disclaimer** Reiki is offered as a complementary wellness service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. Reiki does not replace medical care, mental health care, or prescribed treatments.
