Candlelight Restorative & Sound Healing
60-minutes of pure relaxation. Yoga class taught by Domenique, with singing bowls played by Alana Jensen. Students can expect lots of restorative poses, with a focus on gentle stretching & releasing tension through breath. We'll move slowly from one shape to another.
