Slow down. Breathe deeply. Reconnect with yourself and the Earth beneath your feet.


Join Calm Breath Yoga for a peaceful Hatha yoga class surrounded by the serenity of the forest. This all-levels outdoor practice invites you to move gently and mindfully through each pose at a slower, intentional pace—making space for breath, awareness, and inner stillness.


We begin with a grounding meditation, followed by a gentle dynamic warm-up to awaken the body. From there, we ease into a balanced sequence of accessible Hatha yoga postures, using blocks and straps for support and deeper connection. Modifications are always offered, and this class is open to everyone—whether you're new to yoga or returning to your practice. We'll end with a soothing final relaxation (Savasana), accompanied by the natural sounds of the woods around us.
