Cancellation Policy

At Calm Breath Wellness, we aim to create a healing and supportive space for every client. Please review our booking policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable Sound Bowl experience. 1. Booking and Confirmation • All sessions must be booked through our website at calmbreathyoga.com or via direct inquiry. • You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is scheduled. 2. Payment Policy • Payment is required in person or at the time of booking to secure your session. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. • Sound Bowl sessions are subject to change due to rising costs. • A payment method will be needed when you book the session. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled. • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend will forfeit the session fee. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session without penalty. 4. Arrival Time • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and prepare. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other bookings. 5. Health and Safety • If you feel unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. We want you to enjoy the session in the best state of health. 6.
