Yoga Classes

What types of yoga classes does Calm Breath Yoga offer?

We offer beginner-friendly and all-levels yoga classes online. Our classes focus on gentle movement, mindful breathing, and stress relief. Each class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and find a sense of calm.

Do I need experience to join a class?

No experience is required! Our classes are designed for all levels, and I guide you through modifications so you can practice at your own pace.

Do you offer online yoga and how much is it?

Yes! You can join our live online classes from anywhere. All you need is a yoga mat, a quiet space, and a stable internet connection. Drop-in classes are $15. Packages start at $40 for 4 sessions. To see more pricing options, check out our yoga page

Reiki and Healing

What is Reiki, and how does it work?

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that helps balance the body, mind, and spirit. During a session, the practitioner channels healing energy through their hands to help release stress, promote relaxation, and support your natural healing process.

Can Reiki help with stress and anxiety?

Yes. Many people find Reiki helpful for reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, and promoting a deep sense of calm and balance.

How do I book a Reiki session?

You can book a Reiki session directly through our website or by contacting us. In-person Reiki will resume once Calm Breath Yoga finds a new studio location.

Sound Bath Healing

What is a sound bath, and how does it work?

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing meditation experience that uses the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to promote balance and harmony in the body, mind, and spirit. During a session, the bowls are gently played to create resonant sound waves that help calm the nervous system, release tension, and encourage a meditative state.

What are the benefits of a sound bath?

Many people experience reduced stress, improved mood, better sleep, and a deeper sense of peace after a sound bath. The vibrations can also help quiet mental chatter, support emotional release, and enhance mindfulness. You’ll typically lie down on a yoga mat or sit comfortably while crystal bowls are played around you.
