Here’s what’s blooming at Calm Breath Yoga in May:


🧘‍♀️ Hatha Yoga – Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm Slow, grounding practice to build strength and stillness midweek.


🌱 Intro to Yoga – Saturdays @ 8:00 am Begin (or return to) the foundations — gentle movement, mindful breath, and a welcoming space to explore.


🔔 Sound Bowl Meditation – Friday, May 9 Let healing vibrations guide you inward. A peaceful evening to reset and realign.


🌕 Butler Moon Market – Thursday, May 16 Come visit me at the craft show! I’ll be offering handmade crystal bracelets and good energy 💛
